You will learn how to make different pasta shapes, from busiate to tagliatelle, to stuffed pasta such as ravioli, but it will be during the lesson that you will choose the format you will focus on for a perfect cooking. A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Sicilian tradition, using fresh ingredients grown in my garden.
What the experience includes:
• Introduction to the preparation of different Sicilian pasta shapes (busiate, tagliatelle, ravioli)
• Preparation of fresh homemade pasta, including stuffed pasta (such as ravioli)
• Selection of the pasta format to focus on and refine it during the class
• Sicilian aperitif with a selection of local products
• Harvesting fresh ingredients directly from the garden
• Hands-on lesson with Carlo, who will share traditional recipes passed down from his family
